Facilitation services are all embracing and can range from a
meeting design and facilitation to just generate and winnow
ideas, tapping into the group’s intelligence. Or the desired
outcome may call for novel meeting designs such as Open Space
Technology, The World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, and many more.
The processes included in a design really depend on where you
are and where you wish to be.
There are three simple steps in the facilitation process:

Facilitation services are definitely customized to meet your specific needs. For that reason, the first step consists of an initial interview to determine any desired outcomes.

Once desired outcomes have been determined, a handful of unique meeting designs and agendas will be recommended and one will be collaboratively finalized.

The last step in the process is the actual facilitation of the meeting or event. Meeting participants will take part in fitting processes with a crystal-clear objective.
